The Summit venue this year is the Luxor Hotel, right on the southern end of the Las Vegas strip. Sessions will take place in the Lotus Ballroom on the first floor. Amenities include complimentary access to the Oasis Pool complex and 24-hour fitness center, plus convenient access to the on-site Nurture Spa, rotating exhibitions (like Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition and Bodies: The Exhibition), and a variety of bars and restaurants. 

 

The venue is within easy walking distance of Mandalay Bay (where you can shop or visit the Shark Reef Aquarium) and the MGM Grand. Stay on-site for maximum ease or venture out to soak up the energy and explore.

Getting to the Venue

The Luxor is conveniently close to both major airports. Travel information from both points of arrival can be found below.

From Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft): Typically the fastest option, taking 10-15 minutes. Pricing is usually $20-30 off-peak; $25-40+ during peak/surge hours. 

  • Taxi: Takes about 10-15 minutes, fares are usually $21-25 (plus tip). 

  • Public bus (RTC): Travel time is ~30-35 minutes (a bus transfer required), cost is about $6-8 total for a single ride. You can take Route 109 to South Strip Transit Terminal, then Deuce northbound to Luxor/Mandalay Bay stop. Learn more about RTC trip planner & fares.

 

From North Las Vegas Airport (VGT)

  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or taxi: ~20-25 minutes (depending on traffic). Prices range from $30-60 during peak/surge hours.

  • Car rental: Reservations in advance are best. Major providers located at the airport are Enterprise, Hertz, Avis and Budget. 

Hotel Block

We encourage attendees to stay on-site to take advantage of our competitive room rate and help us fulfill contractual committments. Staying at the venue offers the opportunity to mingle with fellow attendees after hours. Plus, you will be steps from the Summit sessions, which means a later wake up call! No rideshares or long walks required, you can simply focus on learning and networking.

Availability in the Summit hotel block will be limited, and rooms will fill up as we approach the event dates of February 3-4, 2027. Book early to secure your spot and secure the discounted rates!
